Q: What types of services does Bouquet Appétit offer?
A: We specialize in fruit carvings, charcuterie boards, and grazing table designs for events of all sizes. We also offer fun, hands-on workshops where you can learn these skills yourself!

Q: How do I place an order?

Q: How far in advance should I place an order?
A: A minimum of 72 hours in advance for any order to ensure with the freshest ingredients and preparing for the order.

For custom orders, we recommend at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure your day/time. We will try our best to accommodate any last-minute orders. Please fill out the Custom Orders form.

Q: Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?
A: Yes, we’re happy to adjust our offerings to accommodate dietary preferences, including gluten-free, vegetarian, and nut-free options. Just let us know when placing your order.

Q: I have a food allergy. Do you offer gluten free, nut free, or vegan options?
AOur orders are accommodated with food allergies. However, we are NOT a nut free kitchen and we cannot guaranteed the absence of cross-contamination. Please inform any allergies or diet restrictions before placing the order.

We offer gluten free crackers. We also offer fruit board/platters and crudités (raw vegetables) as vegan options. We currently do not offer vegan cheeses.

Q: Do you serve corporate events and weddings?
AYes! We love to provide catering to corporate events or weddings. Clients in the past include: Brideside, Endicott College, Goodwin, Tufts Health Plan, and more. We also travel for events. If you are interested in working together on your next event, please fill out the Custom Orders form.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?

For product orders

Any cancellations 72 hours before the event will receive a full refund. Any cancellations made 72 hours or less before the event will be subject to receive only 50% of the total amount. No refund will be available on any cancellations made within 24 hours on the date of event.

Q: What sets Bouquet Appétit apart from other catering or workshop providers?

 Our commitment to artistry and personalization makes every creation a centerpiece for your event. From intricate fruit carvings to elegantly designed grazing tables, we combine beauty, flavor, and fun in everything we do.

Q: What type of payment is accepted?
ABouquet Appétit accepts Cash, Check, Credit Card, Venmo, and Zelle. A full payment is required when your order is confirmed.

For custom orders, a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. Remaining balance must be paid 1 week prior to the date of event unless otherwise specified and arranged.

Q: How long can I leave the order out?
A: Cheese will taste best at its full flavor when it is at room temperature. We recommend to take the order out of the refrigerator shortly before serving. Cheeses with a higher moisture content (soft cheeses) are more perishable than cheeses made with pasteurized milk (hard cheeses). Cheese and meat should NOT be left out for more than 4-8 hours at room temperature and up to 2 hours in the high temperature heat.

Q: Are your products eco-friendly?
A: Yes, we strive to use sustainable materials, including biodegradable packaging and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.

Q: Can I request a specific theme for my custom fruit carvings or grazing table?
A: Absolutely! We love creating designs tailored to your event’s theme, whether it’s tropical, seasonal, elegant, or whimsical. Share your vision with us, and we’ll bring it to life.

Q: How do I request a custom order?
A: Custom orders are for grazing table, fruit carving, or any special design/requests.

Grazing Tables are for 15+ people. Please fill out the Custom Orders form with allergies, diet restrictions, or any other requests.

We will try to respond within 48 hours of submission. Filling out the form does NOT guarantee your order, once confirmed an invoice will be sent for payment.

Grazing tables are set up at the location/venue/site and require a minimum of 2 hours to setup the grazing table prior to the event. Table must be supplied by the client. Bouquet Appétit will schedule a return pickup with the Client within a week after the event.

Q: Do you require a deposit for custom orders or workshops?

 Yes, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 5 days before the event or workshop.

We can also host virtual workshops for groups. You’ll receive a materials list and step-by-step guidance to create your masterpiece from the comfort of your own home.

Q: Can I book a private workshop for a birthday party or celebration?
A: Yes! Private workshops are perfect for birthdays, bridal showers, or any special occasion. We’ll work with you to tailor the experience to your needs.

Q: How long do workshops typically last?
A: Workshops usually last 2–3 hours, depending on the type and size of the group.

Q: Are workshops suitable for beginners?
A: Absolutely! Our workshops are designed for all skill levels, and our instructors provide step-by-step guidance to ensure everyone leaves with a masterpiece.

Q: What’s included in the workshop fee?
A: All materials, tools, and ingredients are provided. Just bring yourself—and maybe a friend—and get ready to have fun!

Q: Do you offer Pick-up or Delivery?
ABouquet Appétit is an online-based bespoke charcuterie and fruit carving business located in the surrounding Boston area and orders are made in a facility that is unfortunately not open to the public.

Pick-Up is in Quincy, MA and the address will be provided upon order confirmation. Client assumes all responsibility after pick-up.

*We highly suggest a flat surface in your car to aid with the transportation.

Delivery service is available. Delivery fee is $35 within the 10 mile radius of Quincy and any additional mileage will be $2/mile.

Q: Do you deliver to event venues?
A: Yes, we offer delivery and setup services for events. Delivery fees vary depending on the location and size of the order.

Q: How do you ensure the freshness of your products?
A: We use only the freshest, high-quality ingredients and carefully package all orders to maintain their quality during delivery.

Q: Can you travel for events or workshops?
A: We’re happy to travel within a certain radius for events and workshops. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.
